    Pike

I realize that Bass Walleye and Trout are the most popular species among sport fisherman...
    And I love Bass fishing!
However could we get a sticky for Pike...
I know I love tying into a big pike, and will have pics to share throughout the summer

No problem. I will add any and all reasonable forums upon request.

Nice fish Wyatt. I am surprised to hear that you do not use a leader. Is that your typical set up for pike? What type of line do you use?
I use a steel leader when fishing pike because I find they typically put the whole lure in their mouth and with all those teeth the line tends to suffer abrasion or gets cut loose.
