    Hello

    Good looking forum Gentlemen
Nice to see something a little more local

I used to own a Browning Compound bow but gave up hunting years ago.
Now I concentrate my efforts on fishing.
I live in Southern Ontario right beside the Grand River.
Looking forward to meeting other members to swap tips, tricks and tall tales...

Welcome Wyatt, happy to have you.

Not too familiar with it but, do you do any fishing in the Grand River?

Fishing is the best, isn't it? I too, love to fish but I still can't give up hunting especially with the bow.

I do miss my bow, miss setting up the butt and practicing for hours.
Also miss the comradery with fellow archers and hanging down at the Archers Nook in London Ont.
I had an accident and ended up with a steel plate in my right wrist which put an end to my bow hunting.
I do fish the Grand River, it is a 5 minute walk from my front door,
it is loaded with Smallmouth Bass, Rainbow Trout, Brown Trout, Walleye and I have heard tales of Muskie as well.
The Grand is a wide as a football field in spots with deep holes and lots of rapids.
The Nith River runs off the Grand and is fantastic as well.
I'll fish in just about any stream or river I come across...life is too short not too.

Welcome aboard Wyatt. Lucky you living so close to the Grand. I used to fly fish it and the Nith years ago and found them both excellent for trout.
