    So delicious! Caught more than I could count under 9 inches. 10 inches and up - maybe 15-20. It was a challenge trying to keep the little ones from biting so that the bigger ones could move in on your lure.

    Yep theyíre emerald shiners. Tiny pinheads. Itís the insurance bait. Lol. A scoop for 5 or 6$ and you get to chat up the local bait and tackle shop.

    The local mom and pop tackle shops are always a good source of info too. Most complain paying a buck or two more for whatever, but itís worth it if your the type of person who listens when they give advice. Especially when heading to a new body of water. I find you tell them your from out of town and they open up. Most ppl want you to have a good time and be successful.
