    Cookmaster Smoker

Just purchased this 30" Masterbuilt Cookmaster Electric Smoker at TSC.
They are available at Bass Pro Shop as well with some favorable reviews.

    • Variable temperature control
    • Built-in thermostat
    • 547 sq. in. of cooking area
    • Wood chip tray and water pan included
    • Removable drip pan for easy clean-up
    • 100 to 400 F temperature range

I have already smoked some Rainbow Trout which turned out nice.
It was fairly easy to maintain a 150 F temp

I have some experimenting to do with my brine solutions, wood chips and smoking temps & times
Should perfect it over the summer.
    Nothing like fresh smoked fish!

No real trick or tips for me, but I do love me some smoked ribs. I do mine on my charcoal smoker/grill, takes me about 6-8 hours of smoking. Nice thing about using the smoker is the beer you get to drink..
